9 Feb 2018 – Every month, the French Chamber organises a business luncheon at a different restaurant. This month’s luncheon took place at Bar-A-Thym in the heart of the bustling Club Street district.
Bar-A-Thym serves cuisine from the South of France with an emphasis on fish and seafood. The open kitchen concept allows guests to watch their food being prepared in front of them on a plancha (flattop grill).
The restaurant was birthed from owner chef François Mermilliod’s desire to recognise the critical balance of our fragile ecosystem by adopting sustainable and ethical food procurement practices. That means you can expect the like of artisan-quality baked goods and sustainably sourced seafood.
