At this Business Centre Discovery Workshop, Nawal Bendefa, CPC, PCC, Coach, Facilitator & Motivational Speaker shared with us at the Business Centre a taste of the benefits of mindfulness, how to conduct mindfulness practices and how to introduce mindfulness into our daily lives.
Even if “Mindfulness” is typically related to meditation, practical exercises are available to managers and executives who aren’t looking for a spiritual fix but simply want to clear their heads, focus and become aware of emotional reactions that can lead to stress, bad communication and therefore bad decisions.
