13 Oct 2017 – Every month, the French Chamber organises a business luncheon at a different restaurant. This month’s luncheon took place at Racines, the brand new French restaurant at Sofitel Singapore City Centre in the heart of Tanjong Pagar.
Helmed by Executive Chef Jean-Charles Dubois, Racines features four open kitchens which turn a simple meal into an interactive culinary experience. Chef Dubois brings his culinary philosophy of modern approach to traditional French cuisine and commitment to provide the most authentic local flavours while putting Gastronomie Française on show!
