15 Sep 2017 – Every month, the French Chamber organises a business luncheon at a different restaurant. This month’s luncheon took place at Audace, which provided a great ambiance for conversations and exchange.
Situated within the ever-quirky Wanderlust Hotel, Audace (short for Audacity) is an invitation to discover new taste experiences that push boundaries, serving up modern bistro fare with a contemporary touch.
Chef Jeremy Gillon takes a lighter approach to French Bistro fare, with the use of components that add brightness and freshness to his dishes. While his food is approachable, several elements and components provide nuance to his dishes and create taste sensations and surprises for guests throughout their meal.
