Luncheon @ Beach Road Kitchen at JW Marriott Hotel South Beach: March 2017

17 Mar 2017 – Every month, the French Chamber organises a business luncheon at a different French restaurant. This month’s luncheon took place at Beach Road Kitchen at JW Marriott Hotel South Beach, which provided a great ambiance for conversations and exchange.
Featuring a vertical fridge with a large selection of imported cold cuts and international cheese from all over the world selected by the Executive Chef, there was a great selection of a variety of food, seafood: fresh and marinated (fish tartare, seabass, tuna, salmon, swordfish, mussels, razor clams, anchovy, octopus), grill (roasted striploin carving, whole baked fish, grilled vegetables), to local cuisine (Hainanese chicken rice, roasted crispy pork belly, roasted duck).
